It recognizes our continued commitment to provide an outstanding working environment throughout the organization to attract and retain highly motivated, engaged and skilled associates.”
The Top Employers Institute awards its Top Employer certification to participating organizations that demonstrate “the highest standards of employee offerings”. The certification process is based on the outcome of the Institute’s HR Best Practices Survey that assesses each organization’s HR environment in the specific areas of strategy, policy implementation, monitoring and communication of employee conditions and development. An independent audit is performed on the survey results as part of the evaluation process.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, the company, previously known as the CRF Institute, has recognized Top Employers around the world since 1991. David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute: “Over the years, we have assessed and certified companies the world over using our proprietary methodology. We strongly value our objectivity, independence and selectivity. As a result, current and prospective employees can trust upon the certified organisations to have excellent conditions in place for their people to develop.”
