Dunlop launches new Sport BluResponse

Dunlop has launched a new breed of tyres, with the unveiling of the new Sport BluResponse. The new tyre was unveiled to invited tyre retailers at Mondello Park, Naas, Co. Kildare last week, who learned that the new Sport BluResponse, is a touring summer tyre designed to be fitted on passenger cars, and delivers impressive benefits including excellent performances in wet grip, no compromise on mileage and important savings on the fuel consumption.

Built on 125 years of winning races, the tyre comes with motorsport derived polymers, which deliver increased adaptability to the road surface for improved wet grip and braking performances. With a European BA label on rolling resistance and wet grip respectively, the tyre is also one of the highest graded tyres available on the market today.

“Recent research among Dunlop consumers revealed that, amongst the main criteria considered to select a new tyre, most consumers pay attention to the brand first, then wet grip as a reflection of safety, and then fuel efficiency”, states Stephen Lynch, Goodyear Dunlop Ireland Marketing and PR Manager.
