The Irish Tyre Industry Association’s (ITIA) ATA Accreditation scheme continues to go from strength to strength with large numbers of technicians receiving accreditation.
ITIA President Kevin Farrell commented: “We had a bumper week in the ITIA training workshop from June 9-14, when 25 new candidates received their ATA Accreditation. This week resulted directly from the success of the Regional induction days held in February and March. We are well on our way to having one accredited staff member in each retail member tyre outlet.”
“Our trainer David O Neill, ACTS Ireland, worked hard to get all candidates through in one week. David reported that scores from technicians were consistently high, in keeping with the trend through all our Accredited fitters.”
