From February to April Goodyear Dunlop Ireland ran an intensive Mystery Caller Programme across a number of key dealers.
The programme entailed mystery sales calls both face to face and by phone in dealerships across Ireland. The calls checked for the quality of customer service and the promotion of Goodyear Dunlop products.
Each call gave the dealer’s salesperson the opportunity to win an instant prize based on the quality of their recommendations as well as being entered into an exclusive draw to win a holiday of a lifetime voucher to the value of €2,500.
The draw was conducted and independently verified by Padraic Deane, Managing Editor of the Tyre Trade Journal which took place in Goodyear Dunlop’s Head Office in Dublin.
There were almost 200 entries from key dealers across the country and the winner was Eoin Farrell, manager of Tyre and Service Superstore, Finglas.
Emmett Sheridan, Sales Director Ireland said: “The programme has been a great success with many of the dealers strongly recommending the key benefits of the Goodyear Dunlop range of products in order to meet the customer’s needs.. I believe this is another testimony in the quality of our products which is supported by having some of the best label scores in the industry and a comprehensive suite of independent test award wins.
“Well done to all of those who successfully took part in the Mystery Caller Programme and especially to the lucky winner, Eoin, who will soon be enjoying a luxury holiday using his winning voucher courtesy of Goodyear Dunlop.”
